the water inlet is below the barrel
havent got any more uptodate pics yet but i can say im using an audi a4 recirculating pump thats magnetic drive so no bearing . £45 ebay .
rads are going in front of splash plate using a heater matrix of an old vauxhall duly modified into 2 rads .one of these will have a grill over it and the other will bo blocked completly on the front apart from a hi spec low amp 4" fan to force the air thru .
the thermostat is in top of barrel and of a twisty .
temp gauge of ebay
fan sender of an old volvo
. any thing else??????/
Looks like the way fwd to me. Any updates

no not powervalve, bought the barrel at motorbike auto jumble.
spec so far is 72mm bore 60mm stroke crank 115 rod 5 disc clutch ,bit tame compared with yours, but used to ride mx and powervalve bikes were ok but this one will do me ,done all my own machining welding ,and engines going in series 2 scooter called old timer has modern day forks 12 inch wheels front and rear disc and yes single seats and old time big windscreen flat blue paint, and modified ancillotti style should be fun .got son inlaw coming over to up load photos should be fun whooping street racers and gts vespas
