hiya sydduckett and cheers

ok how i did it was to start with the front vents drill a 10-12mm holes at the
top and bottom of it were it was going then grind the rest out to the holes then
smooth the rest with a drimel as for the back I took it to my mate kev at projecxs
http://www.projex-uk.co.uk/ with a photo he is a custom bike builder
and is very very good not cheap but he doest rip you off and you get the job
done right i have used 3 custom scooter shops and none of them are as good as
kev, you can send he bits to be made or just call he (but he knows nothing about
scooers) just how to do great fabricating

Crikey, you've got yer hands full there, some very neat ideas too ;) What's the engine to be?

Is that the SIP caliper on your front disc hub?

no mate they were the standard one the came with the double disk just powder coated
and i have changed all the bolts, nipples ect to titanium ones from Pro-Bolt along with
there alloy dust covers and matching hose clamps.

as for the engine Stuart Owen will be doing it for me I want big and fast :baddevil: :baddevil: , but he
is trying to talk me in to a fast reliable rb engine, but i am like a kid i want big big and
very fast. (till it goes bang and wish i had listened to stu :oops: )

no mate I am having enough trouble doing the lammy, all the good bits are done by
somebody :oops:, the guy who did this was in scootering a while back his name

How did you manage to get the headset top? I ordered the whole kit last Nov and haven't heard owt since.Just bought the Digi but the headset top would save me a lot of work

i have had the drops ages i just sent graham the top and the speedo and he did
it in his spare time i did email him a few time and never got any reply's but i no
he has been working away alot so he only did little bits when he got back on
the weekends, but he would't dispatch it till it was right it took a little while but
i am well happy with it and the price, just keep emailing him it worth the wait
mine is greaaaaaat :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
