just luck with some things ive had AF RB crank in my RB22 for 4000 miles still going strong.

Is that the same crank that gave you vibration carlos a few weeks ago..? Sounds like there could have been an underlying problem from the off, good news youre getting it sorted..

Yes same crank that twisted, took it back to jerome and he welded it.
AF said at first " that it was the first one that done that" !!
They would replace the lot, but were getting new ones made, hence my 6 week wait.
Luckily for me i used the AF recomended crank, and got the lot from jerome.

Would like to know though, from people with RB20 and AF cranks, if they have "AF Rayspeed" engraved on the webs and the swirl pattern?
As mine didn`t and looked more like a mazzachelli one.

My one had the AF stamped onto it , all AF cranks do ( as far as i'm aware).
Good service again from AF though , they supplied new top end when mines went tits up as well .
