i think yours may have had a bolt screwed too far in. i have my horn casts done for example so i can carry a sparewheel holder on the threads and they are very thin but have not cracked.the-brickie wrote:But do not timeserts rely on expansion at the end to hold them in place? you just have to make a judgement yourself i guese but the way i see it if its going to brake then i want it to happen in the workshop not the m25 so i do go ott sometimes.
