thanks Martin ...there is nothing so frustrating as a Lambretta that refuses to start . Really glad you are getting some decent rides in on yours. I really miss not being able to get on mine and have a blast around the lanes or pop into the nearest village for shopping and stuff.
I actually fitted a 200cc kit to start with but due to leaking inlet manifold problems I had to buy a used 185cc kit and put that on the following week

I also fitted a used AF Rayspeed clubman exhaust from ebay and its the only thing I haven't replaced yet . Maybe that should be the next thing I try actually. If this carries on I'll have to think about putting my old original 150 engine gearbox back in ...at least that started and run.
