At that time I will be selling all of my scootering bits and bobs which will comprise a TV175 S3 (1962), a spare engine; numerous top ends; carbs; electricals; flywheels; gear boxes; internals; some body parts; booklets; original parts lists; original WSM's; tools etc etc etc.
It will not be split.
Whats it worth?- the whole lot.

Itemize it and someone will get you a real number as to value. Without it everyone would be guessing as to what it's all worth and you'll be wasting your (and everyone else's) time.
So...whats it all worth?

I saw it. It's not my time that's been wasted since there is no way I could buy the lot (logistically). My point is your list of what's there is vague at best. What's a "spare engine" worth (assuming it goes with the TV175)? Is it ready to bolt in or is it sized up solid? The value range on that stuff is huge. For all anyone knows you could have a pile of Series 1 125 top ends, busted up LD carbs, 4 pole stators and spanish 150 gear boxes.bristolmod wrote:sorry if your times been wasted Grumpy- see the post a few above.Grumpy225 wrote:bristolmod wrote:In April 2018 I will have been scootering for 50 years and will call it a day.

Not trying to be difficult here, just trying to help out. The more specific information you put out there the more likely you'll find a serious buyer for the lot.

I just thought that 50 years was about right- mind you that was after a long chat with Mrs Bristolmod about how quickly time passes after a certain age (the copious amounts of wine last night didn't help at all as I had problems typing the original question.....). Heads slightly clearer today and I'm a bit more focused.
Feck it- lets give it a go. Ignore the question.
Now- where's me Sanatogen and the Viagra..............?
