I think the beedspeed piston is a KHC variety I had a non window one and it wore away quickly I ended up with over 7 thou clearance I cant remember what ring gap and the skirt had cracks in it I still have it somewere

think the avanti mitaka piston is £75,and sometimes has them on offer at £50,

I would send it to Aptec and get it ceramic plated, much better

Yeah, I have been reading about ceramic lining, have you had one done then?
