Have I screwed up my new flywheel bearing collar/ race?

Am sure it would be fine to go ahead and use. But Decided to get another crank built, I'm building the scooter as a keeper and want strong bottom end so can upgrade top end in future if desired and cost here is not huge compared with the cost of total rebuild. Main reason tho is just that it would bug me forever knowing it's not "right".
General HS&E is definitely different here.
In my defense I was wearing safety glasses and gloves when grinding :)
