Fantastic, got it mate, thanks, I could of taken a little bit too much off there! Will I be able to do this all with a standard Dremel? Any tips on polishing it up once I have removed what needs removing?

take the meat with tungsten then use drum sand bits then finish off with felt pads with polishing compound

Finished! Tidied up and polished, fit the TS1 gasket perfect

This is an S1 mag housing,its lubricated by the fuel and oil.The mag housing in the earlier photo is a later one which is lubricated by grease.

Well spotted! The earlier one had a crack in it, so I started to tidy this one up. Anyhoo, both knackered now, so have ordered a new one this afternoon
