Fantastic, got it mate, thanks, I could of taken a little bit too much off there! Will I be able to do this all with a standard Dremel? Any tips on polishing it up once I have removed what needs removing?

take the meat with tungsten then use drum sand bits then finish off with felt pads with polishing compound :)

Dremmeled the mag today. Fits like a glove now :D

Started on the transfers but the Dremel bit I was using was going to take me a week on each! Gonna order some new bits and start again. Glad I started though as I've never done anything like this before and just making the first cut has given me confidence to do it :D

Took at bit of the meat off today, a little bit more on both sides and I'll start with the sandpaper bits then polish :D

Finished! Tidied up and polished, fit the TS1 gasket perfect :D

This is an S1 mag housing,its lubricated by the fuel and oil.The mag housing in the earlier photo is a later one which is lubricated by grease.

Well spotted! The earlier one had a crack in it, so I started to tidy this one up. Anyhoo, both knackered now, so have ordered a new one this afternoon :D
