Barrel and piston back from the workshop.
New timing with the 2,5 m packer under:
T:110°
E: 148°
I: 109-45° makes 154°
I need to rise the exhaust up to 160°. It's about 2,1mm to be removed.
BD:25°
I've got almost 4mm squish now. Guess it needs a good skimming job to get 0,85mm...

But got a prob with the right casing. A welding bubble has passed through where the stator takes place. There is a chamfered flat at this place where the wall is very thin.

leak fixed with a putty of epoxy.

Exhaust port done. Only 160° but this small engine needs to keep enough guts at low revs... Keep in mind it's 130° on a std barrel....

Head bolted on with a real squish band. Not the case with the original head.

Had to reshape (a bit) the head. Squish clearance between head and piston wasn't good with a negative angle at one step.
