I had one fitted to my ex spanish postal and I thrashed it everywhere including a long trip into france.
It made about 10 bhp and could have made 2 or 3 more with a bit of porting
it was running a 24/24 and a standard exhust
what was the cruising speed m8
Cruising and top were the same 60mph, I am on the heavy side.
I kept the electric start, auto lube and standard carb/exhaust.
If I can remember it returned 15 mpl.

No one found a bigger, better replacement piston to use the standard cylinder yet?

I found an oddball sized standard piston a few years ago to get the standard cylinder out to 165cc or so, wasn't worth the hassle, cost 70 quid for the re-bore because of the amount of meat taken off, the piston wasn't the best quality, and it nipped up all the time, tried bit of tuning on the barrel but thought "f@@k this" you can get DR kits for buttons.
