I did a search on LCGB and got the info below. I didn't copy all I think but these were all very similar and helped me to check mine. All on stage 4 Indian barrel. Hope it all makes sense. With regard to your question on jetting I'll check tomorrow if I remember but may have been a typo and could have been 246. Good Luck

Cheers for the jetting advice, I dont think I'm far away now... But My set up seems to be a lot richer ( I dont know if thats due to it being a 205) and I'm trying to leave some margin for error as I run in:

Main -132
Atomiser - AV268
Needle - X2 Second CLip Down
Pilot - 60

Slight stutter at lower revs, think I will drop the pilot down to a 55.

Hi mate

That does seem very rich for a 205....although I do prefer an av268 myself and x2 needle in a lot of cases for mid range cruising.....if the revs are not coming down at tickover with say a 55 pilot x13 needle and av266 atomiser and 125 main its going to rev like a bar steward when you get it hot out on the open road.

Are you sure you are not trying to jet out an air leak? If you continually upjet with an air leak it will make it better as it gives the same effect as putting the choke on. Make sure your gasket faces are 100% flat because a blob of silicone will not cure an air leak on any warped gasket face, the silicone is there just to seal the tiny little imperfections like scratches......use a good exhaust high temp silicone sealent because standard lambretta flange exhaust fitting is crap and will leak air there like a good 'un.

Check your fuel flow and tap and all fuel supply.....kinked pipe etc.

Hope you have it sorted!

No, the revs are coming down now with a 55 pilot. As I've just fitted one again, its been fouling plugs with the 132 main and stutters at 1/2 ish. So as I ride over to the C2C once I've got some miles on it, I will drop the main down.

Cheers,

That's good! I would try and carefully come down on the main a bit like you say. If you can come down on that, it will help with your stutters lower down a bit as well.

I am 99.9% sure I have cured any airleaks, as I've done several leakdown tests and it all holds pressure well.

My plan was to slowly come down on the main. It road well with the 130 main in, and the 132 is causing the fowling of plugs. But the thing is, I would rather it be rich than lean with such a hard ride over the weekend.

Absolutely agree! That's the right way to go :)
