The RB engine was going to go in this, but after riding it again after 18 month, im going to keep that scoot all together :)
This S1 will be ridden :) , when you do the work yourself, your not afraid to damage it ,as you can just redo it :D Well im not anyway....use and abuse :twisted:

Excellent, would like to see pictures of the green and clear powder coat close up to see how it looks. Did you spray a clear lacquer over the whole scooter when you added the green paint.

Yes Gary clear lacquer, then green candy ( or more precisely something called "ink") then more lacquer. I even managed to fill some of the smaller dints with lacquer to smooth out.
Its difficult to get the effect in pictures, when the sun hits it it really comes alive, and get a 3d effect :)
