the front forks were very soft on this and would bottom out badly on braking, i searched ebay and found a rear moped shock that was almost the same length as the late indian style one , so i ordered two and with a little modification the fitted and are working a treat,,

240 was an ebay purchase, you may well know it, its stamped mrb and a number, dosent vibrate too bad , but not fully sorted yet its not pulling as well in 4th as id like so im going to change my gearing and re check the timing etc, great to start and first 3 gears are fine , dosent die in 4th just feels a bit flat , ill know better with a speedo.

well the gearing was the problem on the 240 , it turned out to be an indian 150 box and not a 200 as id been told.. the front forks are still bottoming out when i brake hard so im going to have to figure out some kind of anti dive for the forks. . has anyone done this on late style indian forks , a pic would be nice.. and i need to sort some storage for my 2 stroke , the ld toolbox just isn't big enough.
