Yes I have, and no they havn`t.

On the other hand it turns out every dick and thomas on the forum has a BGM 60 x 110 in their garage unused in a box and are willing to send me one from my "uncle"

Right, so I`m sorted.

On a curious note, how many CC`s does this work out at?

Norwegian VAT is 25%, so If I press buy on the scootererotica website, I have to pay 8% in toll, + 25% VAT on both the product AND postage.

So it works out like this.

£390 for crank,
£25 toll handeling charges
£97,50 VAT
£39 toll
=£551,50 !

The money is one thing.... I bought a seat from Gori 5 weeks ago and the customs have still not sent it on because of missing documents. Normaly I would phone them (the customs folks) and sort it but as Gori are not answering my emails, I havn`t got a tracking number to go by, so it will sit there until Gori send them the right papers, or it goes too long and they bin/auction it off and i sit here £300 out of pocket.
Yes, sorry about that, our online store is very basic in its functionality.....it's not that we can't be arsed, it's that it won't automate properly. We therefore set postage overseas at a blanket £100 for all items to discourage overseas purchases until we can set it up properly.

Glad you sorted a gift to/from your 'uncle' elsewhere! Lol ;)

The "can`t be arsed" bit wasn`t directed at you buddy, just generalising. I totaly understand anyone who doesn`t want to mess around with Vat deductions, its just very frustrating as a buyer living outside the EU.

On the other hand, I was contacted tody by the customs and my Gori seat is on it`s way, Yay!

:)
