Looks impressive! Really interested to see how it runs on the road.

When you said that you could take it to 192 - 194 Ex duration, have you tried this before on another? And it still pulls the T5 4th ok? You're giving me ideas  Mine is topping out at 8400 rpm and I would like a few hundred rpm more but am worried about losing torque. I tried it briefly with a packer but the trans duration went way over and lost all bottom end. The only way is to grind it and then its all or nothing!

Thanks, yes pleased with the result, especially with standard head, ign and 30mm carb etc. Will let you know how the GPS run goes.

Are u using standard gearing if yes i take it that it pulls 4th easily. I ask as my 210 uses 22/68 and flys but am interested in what can be done to utilize standard gearing

22/68 is using a PX125 tree. Do you mean 22/65?

:) must be a lot of hills where you live!
Do you have a standard 210 kit or is it ported? And how many revs does it pull in 4th?

My 210 is standard with transfers matched, cut crank, 28mm carb, fuel pump, mtech, sip head, JL RH exhaust.
I have no idea how many revs it pulls but it will pull 4th from 30mph through to full throttle and is great fun to ride. :D

What speeds does it do in 3rd and 4th and I can work out the rpm. The reason I ask is I'm trying to work out some final tweeking to mine! :D

According to speedo which is out in 3rd it pulls about 65 think its more like 60. It goes of clock but gps it said it was doing 80. This i was unsure of so used a diff gps and it said nearly 75. So not to sure. Both gps readings were taken with head down on flat. I had ir dynod a while ag but was using standard carb then and on dyno went to 91 mph
