Cheers Toddy.
I've been put off stainless tanks with a few bad reports on here, although there appears to be plenty of them out there, it seems hard to believe they're all having problems?
A mate has one on his TV but says it takes quite a while to fill up, as the tubing used is quite a narrow (standard) diameter, as it slowly filters through to the 'toolbox'.
Martin (Corrado) is trying to source me one he had converted a few years ago with a larger diameter tube.........any joy yet Martin if you're reading this?

Hi Bert...The one I got was from Scoot RS a while ago now as there wasn't any stainless ones to be had in this country at the time. It was already converted. The problem with filling up is like you say.....slow, as the pipe is very narrow, but as of yet, I have had no problems with it being stainless. I have more crap in my old steel petrol tank and toolbox conversion which I have to empty through a filter every year just to make sure no crap gets in the carb. The one on ebay is cheap compared to what I paid for mine with import duty. I don't know where that one was made, but it looks just like the one I have.
