sorry for the lol ,but whoever rebuilt that crank was having a laugh too ..its obvious that its not been pressed together properly ,hence the extra side float and marks on casings ..

rite ok lads , it clearly needs a new piston , an a new head to be sorted , it defo needs a new crank so which crank does he need , have been told that the original crank was a cut an flowed m/shelle , clearly thats not the one thats in it now lol , carburater does he stick with or get rid of the 28 mil spaco , i have a 30mil delly i mite let him have for a few quid , so what are your thoughts

thanks li150, was just speaking to my m8 think he is going for the S.I.P head , he also said that he wants to know which crank to use were to get it from an how much so he can get it bought thanks , ive stripped his carb today an this is whats in it

sorry if i havent been much help with the tech side of things with this engine, but the main reason my self an my m8 are wanting this engine sorted out as quickly an setup reliably as poss is we are doing this for anthor friend of ours as sadly last week some wee scumbag set fire to his scooter outside his front door an in doing so not only gutted his scooter but his car as well which was parked next to it so now has no transport , anyway this is why im looking as much help as poss to get this engine up an running an what parts were from thanks again everyone
