Dean, that's one nice scoot. I don't know anyone that doesn't regret selling their Winter. After seeing yours, I should add a Bressel speedo to my parts list too.
I can't see in your pics, but should the rear frame grill be painted or polished?

Doom & Rui, I won't be getting rid of anything from this, it's all too rare it seems :?

I really am gutted at the state of the headset, rim, lamp & speedo, I just hope something will turn up

lamp & speedo should not be a problem try Anthony at Buzzsolo or Perry at Totally scooters, Lamp is called Fores not Flores (thinking of flowers I was) They may even have a rim.

My rear frame grill was polished as it was originally, may have an old rim will have a look but don't hold your breath,i used to have some raised head cross head screws for the floor board end caps if you're putting back to original spec, will see if i still got them somewhere.

Hi Dean, that would be good, thanks. It's gonna be restored standard with non standard paint scheme, if you know what I mean ;-)

More nightmares...

Just the stand to remove, forks to strip out and the engine to drop and then it'd ready for the blasters.

Showed the tins to the panel beater, he didn't think it was too bad, which was a relief, and took the alloy parts for dipping. The good news it the frame internals are all good, it's just a shame I won't be using them at the moment :?

Nah, that's emulsion paint on top of several coats of other stuff, you can see the original colours on page one under the horncasting and on the legshields, behind the horncasting, Dawn Grey and green panels and horncasting.

Anyone know if theres a RAL code for the grey or white (Papyrus?) used on these?

Oh, some more good news, the side panels are solid and in fairly good nick, I don't think they are the originals to the bike  ...And the frame is straight as a die, which is nice...!

My scooterwinter is also grey and green and I have matched it to the original cellulose, Morellis of Enfield have the codes if they say they haven't come back to me and I will give you the code numbers to give them.
