Which one you got. Ive a 210 on and just fitted a Delly 28mm. Coming back from I.O.W was cruising at a steady 60mph up and down hilly roads and even better Ryde to Swindon(Wilts) 84 miles just under 5 litres of juice................

185.

I'm gonna run standard GP 200 gears (5.2) - but am thinking of running a taller sprocket combo to get it down to maybe 4.8.

In your experience with the 185, what do you think? I'd like to get as much top speed as possible and would be willing to sacrifice some acceleration.

With a 47/20 combo and a GP200 box you should be down to 4.8 but has anyone used this set up ?

I am planning to use it on a 200 and would also appreciate peoples comments/opinions

On my 210 I'm using SX150 gears, 19 x 47 (4.54), but as has been noted on another thread the engine revs freely to about 6000rpm and that's it...It looks like I might be able to use the high torque to pull even higher gearing, maybe 19 x 46 (4.45) or as suggested here 20 x 47 but obtaining chains might be a problem..........I've got an 80, 80 stretched, 82 and 82 stretched...so at the moment limited by those lengths.............

I also have a Vijay Super Mk 2 box, loose gears 50,41,37,33/Cluster 10,13,17,21 and although not a strong box might be able to conjure up some suitable combinations with the front sprockets of 16, 18 and 19 and rear sprockets of 46, 47
