Not much happened with cutdown revamp due to crap weather, but I have managed to spray and lacquer the adapted frame. Working on an altered loom to thread through frame and can then hopefully refit motor and petrol tank. Need to get cracking though, the weeks are flying by.
Cheers - Cobby

Got a bit further, wiring through frame, was a bit fiddly to say the least. Engine checked over, cleaned and refitted. Petrol tank back in, how easy was that with no frame loop in the way :D Cut up an old inner tube to go under the tank straps, I'm trying to eliminate as much vibration as possible. Replacing a couple of worn cables and fitted a new tyre and tube to rear, thats the 3rd Raceman in a year  Just need to finish painting loop and rear mudguard and I should be able to finish. Hopefully back on track

For those that may have a passing interest and haven't already seen my update on the LCGB site, I've made a bit more progress. The new loop is now bolted in place along with the new modified rear mudguard. Most of the wiring done, including re routing rear light wiring so it drops down into the mudguard to keep things tidy. Just got to refit running boards, re wire guages and cable up back brake, hoping to get this done during the week. Other than a few odds and ends to tidy up, it should be good to go.
