I had to machine mine. Both the spider and the basket and it still couldn't handle my rb, so I threw in some race plates and sold it on.

Hi guys, recived both a 5 and 6 plate from Lee today, are these plug and play, or should i soak the plates as per normal?

no need to soak the plates and use light gear oil to fill the crankcase!

no ,mine is a 6 plate super light and handles my 30hp ts with no problems,a very good quality cheap clutch,downer needs a 5mm packer!
lee,i need another clutch asap for my next project

Hmm.. Really? I just fit my 6 plate without a packer. Different type? Or have I buggerd it up ..... Again?

I have the New type. No packer required.
