Well I just cant stop fiddling lol.
Went back to the fuel pump setup and pretty confident its now sorted. Fitted an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. 1.5psi seems to be just fine and so far its all good.
V5 still not back from dvla. But ive decided that instead of letting it go silly cheap i will stick to my guns and in the event of no interest i will try and raise cash to either change motor or have my motor tuned and get exhaust professionally made as im very certain thats what is killing the power. Quoted about 400 to have pipe built.

Never got around to saying what a fantastic job you made of that Tony. I think it's the most "right" looking motorcycle conversion I've seen. All the proportions, ride height etc look so Lambretta, it's great!

For a bloke of your capabilities the actual manufacture should be a PoP. There are books and www designs for 2t exhausts. Basic materials aren't too expensive, so why not give it a go?

I sold the ktm450 decidedit wasnt right for my needs
i know its nothing like as fast as you guys on here but its only 125cc

Well its been a long fun journey.
Anyone that read this thread might remember that I started this build after chats and drinks with my mate Vic Saunders. We wandered around the woolacombe custom show at his last rally bouncing ideas and generally having a laugh. I said how i would love to build something worthy of parking in a show.
This weekend i parked in the show area and hope that I did him proud. Had some great comments from people. Overheard chat a out it from people that didnt know it was mine.
Lesson learnt is that its not big enough engine.
I have some ideas bouncing round my head for a rather mental series 2 with loads of custom car and bike influences.
