Here you go lammer205 and corrado, the rim fits perfect on their hub/backplate. Also the valve stem misses the brake caliper easily.

They fit like this to Innocenti and pattern rear hubs and Servetta, Innocenti and Stoffi disc brake front hub. Much better, no?

if i was af id get a proper engineers written report on there rims to settle this one way or the other then publish it on here and lcgb site . because nobody is goting to buy theres anymore now the sip ones are out

You're right the hub is made to take a Scootrs tubless rim. If you try to fit a normal tubed rim to it there is no cut out to take the back of the wheel nut studs and the wheel would be slightly off centre.

The hub/backplate is machined down to take the wheel rim. The wheel rim fits perfect and is perfectly centred.



Also another thought on this, sent with the new rims is a set of special flat washers that are machined to fit in the recess in the rim and the outside of the stud. The rim surely can only be perfectly centred, this and they are held in place with good quality spring washers and specialy made deep wheel nuts.

The S.I.P ones get my vote up to now, not that i'm in a position to get any. Do they come in the same 3 finishes?
It seems to me the whole concept of tubeless is safety, i cant see the point in loosing one worry to gain a fresh one
I think we are getting closer to the final product though
