Basically they offered a quid off, to which I replied it's hardly a resolution given the rubbish parts and I was still left without what I originally wanted, they then refunded all, which would be fine but then they cancelled the transaction completely thus not allowing me to leave any feedback on the whole transaction completely, which again is a bit underhanded.

Oh dear ipmans out of his garage again saying it how it is, I know I should of updated this thread to let all my online best friends know whats going on in my life, they all need to know that willenhall have been really helpfull after they sent out a faulty 60p spacer,they offered me a pound back(40p profit!!!) but i wasnt happy so they gave me a years supply of nail varnish,magic,well chuffed with that

Ah well, I've been sussed out, I'm getting too old for this scooter lark. I should really sell my Italian shopping trolley to some young lad for less than a grand because if we keep doing what were doing there wont be a lambretta scene in 10 years
