Ey up Tony, where have you been hiding ?
You going to Mallory practice day? If so I'll come over and see/watch you on the green hornet :-)

The crank really was'nt that hard to do? Im sure when charlie split the crank he used his own pin, my bearings and a couple of standard mazz shims? He didnt use anything else apart from his skill and 7 tonnes of pressure to press it :-)

Mind you saying that I guess if some one wants one doing then charlies the man to see ;-)

PS get back on the smallframe forum ya mad man !!!!!!!!

Its finished mate, I had it done by mid november. The only prob was that we got hit by the bad weather, I stuck the scooter under three waterproof layers and left it in my shed. I pulled it out a couple of weeks ago to stick some juice in and take it for a blast when I realised that I hadnt drained the system correctly and Id left some water in the cylinder. I hadnt even used antifreeze just plain old water. Obviously one of the cylinders that Mick tuned for me has now split. I have another tuned cylinder and a standard one to play with so Im going to stick the standard one on for now as I havent ridden it with this cylinder on and I want to know how it goes before swapping back to the other tuned cylinder that Mick did. Im working this weekend but I should have time the following weekend to sort it out. I'll take it for a blast and take a few pics/video ;-)

ps this is my last recorded top speed . . . . 73.1mph

sounds impressive carnt wait for the final outcome

Not bad for a 125cc with a rubbing rear tyre and the powervalve fully closed.

I'll max it out next weekend and see what the real top speed is :-)
pps it gets there quite quick too :baddevil:

My smallies been moth balled all winter or should i say ice cubed as when I uncovered the little beastie the cylinder had split (Id left a little bit of water in ther but enough to split the cylinder) Anyhow Ive had to fit the standard cylinder back on and its nearly ready to rumble again. Ive just got to fit the carb, powervale cable and hoses tomorrow, sort the rear tyre out and then off to santa pod it is :-) sh177ing myself about it but cant fooking wait
