I took what was left home: Quiksteel. I usually take Loctite 3455 a bit liquid and hard to shape at the begining but afterwards it sticks like no other....

Ive been doing the o-tuning thing for quite a while now: PX125,200, SS180, LD125 (my very first o-tuning as a teen), Several T5, some more I can't recollect (solex a very french passion!)... It became a second nature!
so let's get back to work and there is plenty left aside!!

Timing checked with moulte accuracy:

T:125°
E: 152°

to get 180° race-base (http://www.race-base.com/2t-tools/steuerzeit/) says 7mm have to be removed at the upper edge of the exhaust port.
I'll stay <67% and get me a 45mm wide port

I think the difference would be the 'international' tag, I was also a member of the Square Tails forum until I got rid of the T5 8-)
