have you turned the nurled wheel to stiffen them? mine took a lot of effort to compress not like a bike pump
Yes i turned them fully round to H and then one click back but they still seemed really easy to compress,it must be that they dont dampen much on compression as mentioned.I will try to have a word with Scooter center as MBs suggested.
