Just need to find out where to get those in Sweden (and what they are called here) Then I can empty it from fluid and refit everything. probably heat the copper washers before fitment.

Hate to have to rebleed it so at least I hope this will be the only times I have to redo it.
You can use it again provided it is completely uncontaminated and you allow it to stand for a few hours to let the air bubbles to rise to the surface and dispurse. Having said that, how much fluid are you going to need? surely those systems only hold a tiny bit :?

id strip it and start again do the bolt up like i said and check the gap thats left then measure the banjo and washers altho its not gonna be much different looking at it or see if you can remove a little from the end of the bolt maybe 1-2mm then see if the bolt goes in a little more
get some fine emery and rub the washers on it and look for high spots do this both sides also check the banjo and the caliper for burrs or raised areas which might let the fluid seep out

Kejj, looking at your top picture, have you checked that the curved pipe coming from the banjo is not hard against the cut out in the casting, which could be stopping the banjo from sitting square against the cylinder hole, hence the leak. You may have to file the groove/slot a little deeper, so its sits flush.
