pathfinder spot lights

This is the switch I had modified by Jem Booth, The pink link wire enables me to have fog on it's own and fog & spot on together, if I cut the link they will work as separate spot and fog but not together (I think :-? ) I figured that if I had a spot on why not have more light with the fog light too. I run a PODtronics DC system with 5Ah battery. Jem insisted a DC type is required as this has an switching extra blade :?
I figure they wouldn't be on for extended periods anyway, but have a rewired stator to cope with the power to charge the battery just in case.

Pink wire = fog, grey = fog & spot, white = horn, orange = power to switch, red and blue = hi/lo beam for the headlamp, which is switched on by the ignition switch.
Turn On, Tune In, Cop out!

Thinking about modifying my switch this way, but where is the grey one going and what about the brown between the pink wires. Cheers Richard
