Mine's an early kit, with pacemaker g/box 5.4 final drive, TMX27 and scootrs exhaust, it was briiliant until in my infinite wisdom I raised the gearing to 4.99 and put a Devtour on it, that combo killed the revs and the fun with it. When I stripped it down after eventually holing the poston I found it had been built with a genuine TV rod and TV Imola piston, casings hadn't been matched. Rebuilt it with a GP crank with 116 rod and new TV Imola piston and had to have extra welding on the case to match it up without going too thin at the edges. Used an AF close ratio g/box with 5.2 gearing (incase I use it in Street class racing) and running it in with a clubman. But before I finished running it in I crashed it and it's now a bare frame. Doh!!!
Moral of the story is short gearing = revs = fun.

Imola Mk 4 kit from Mike Pheonix all matched and polished by me. Mikuni TMX, JL4 Franspeed, AF High Load RB Crank, All top bearings and seals. 4 plate Surflex B clutch 16-46. wrapped in a S2 .
Ran it in to Whitby/Scarborough.... Excellent but a bit rich. Mucho fun. Revs and runs like a little R/TS1. But will be changing back to a 15 front sprocket as it has to be revved perfectly to pull 4th...(should have read Adam Winstones article re gearing tuned motors before)
It pootles and races ..my RB will only race!:)

I use mine (TV Imola rev1) with a Dell'orto VHSB 30 and a JL KRP2 exhaust.
Lots of torque and into revs very fast (genuine 15X46 sprockets help) but I had more revs with its previous exhaust : Gianelli Snail.
Still good after 3 years of trashing...
Used as a daily and for circuit when I don't lose the kickstart,
