Well, the medical term is "scroto" , slang could be "la borsa" (the bag) but it differs from place to place, we have a large variety of dialects/slangs here in Italy. Or you can call it with a translation of balls (testicles) like maroni, palle, coglioni ect ect What about "palle d'acciaio" ? (steel balls) in italian to have the "palle d'acciaio" means to be courageus and cool in bad situations

It is indeed a strange conversation to have but it`s something us scooterists are very adept at...talking b@11@x
