i wish they would sort their 1982 website out

If you rang AF's phone and managed to get the answer phone you were greated with best wishes for Christmas, my mate rang them on Tuesday and after he got through and placed an order he wished them a happy new year.
Every word is true, I kid you not.

Can rate the new MB clutch , no fettling , just fit and use , light action and no sign of slipp or drag ( mines the thick 5 surflex plate version. ) Not done huge miles yet maybe couple hundred so far so good.

Would I be correct in assuming that it only works with a GP clutch mechanism. If you have an LI or SX type actuator without the brass plunger thingummy it doesn't work.

No it comes with either a flat plate and holding clip or the thimble type again held by a clip behind pressure plate , simples

Granturismo Rich T GT clutch, will cope with any engine you build and outlast them too, buy once and re-use it forever, light as a feather too.

Cheers Guys
I do like the look of the LTH clutch, but at £450+ (ouch!) that’s a non runner...not cheap these lambretta’s are they? (Affordable transport for the masses..Bol##cks!) Any half decent clutch set up is going to cost in the region of £300-£350, its never ending, we must need our heads looking at..lol
My Vespa T5 (20+BHP) runs a standard clutch (banded) and can handle 9000+ rpm all day long...just don’t figure does it.

That's because the clutch on the Vespa T5 is on the end of the crank. The small frame clutch and Lambretta clutch both go through a reduction gear that puts extra extra strain on the clutch.
If my brain wasn't already hurting, I'd try to explain that a little better.

surely its the opposite matey.......
clutches on cranks suffer more stress.........because they spin at engine RPM......
as opposed to the others reduced by gearing..........
