I've have never seen one, but if it means you are moving your hub 2mm off the layshaft, then i would not be going there.Hubs are a bad enough fit as they are, without moving over 2mm.
If you had an accident and the insurance company spotted this, i dont think you would have a leg to stand on.IMHO

having your better tyre rubbing against chain case....(risking tyre ware/possible blow outs...damage to casings with all sorts of dire consequenses).Or spacing it out a bit........
pump it up a bit more first matey and see if it clears........
if not use the spacers ,thats why MB made them afterall.....to counteract this prob.....
and obviosly a 2mm MB spacer is only moving it out an extra 1 mm .....NOT 2mm

Buy a tyre that fits

Using a spacer would definately be a last resort, the 100:90 on the rear should not catch if your rear hub cone is in good nick and shows no sign of wear

They can rub with a good cone etc. if fitted to tubeless rims as these are 2.5 inches wide as opposed to 2.1inch standard split rims. Obviously wide split rims will present issues too.

I'm with Dave, fit a 3.50x10, if on a tubeless or wide splits, it'll be a wider tyre with this combo anyway and if using wide/narrow rear/front combo then fit 90/90 on the front with 3.50 on the rear.

he,s already stated that the bearings etc are all fine,the tyre pressure he,s using is debatable.............
after that its down to shims...........

well the lambretta has been around for 50 plus years now and we have stretched the capability of the parts to the extreme and are now seeing components like the layshaft shear off even being indian or italian mbd has got a new layshaft out that may take the extra stress of the 2mm washer but i would be a little weary about moving the center axis and putting extra stress on parts that have been put through the mill over 50 years or so!
but if you want a fat tyre then hey ho!

for those of you that are satisfied with running no more than wheel barrow tyres ......theres nothing to worry about.........
how ever ,if you are concerned about putting more better suited rubber on the road.......then there are certain things that need consideration and certain parts/set ups to enable you to do so.........
