Yes I think it is one of the ones that we have seen so many problems with
My understanding was that the ali casting was made with all the basic transfers and ports in the cast, the casting skimmed and the sleeve pushed in. My guy was told that the sleeve was pinned in???
At the end of the day if the liner spigots don't bottom out in the crank mouth the liner can be going up and down once its warmed up.
Its the only answer I have as this guy has stripped this motor about 5 times and after all the input from the club its exactly as it was 2 months ago.
My suggestion was to bin it and re-bore his original SIL 150 to 175, but he likes the idea of the kit..
There's an SR barrel at work that got cut up to see how it was made. The outside of the liner had ribs to stop it moving up and down. There were also a couple of bumps to stop it turning.

Can't comment how these copy barrels are made as not seen one cut up.

When we get steel liners done on barrels at work the barrel is bored and the liner is pushed in (although it's a lot more complicated than that). The liners we get have a "top hat" on the top edge to keep them in place (although they rarely try and move as they are such a tight fit).

Cheers Monty ;)
Im the sad bugger with the above barrel problem.
Little bit of history 1st
Got Barrel of ebay 1 year ago for £125 and it said it was a copy of an sr kit. It was a 50th Birthday pressy
It did look a little like the photos above but not as bad we did clean up the inlet and outlet and match to the gasket etc and 1 of the ports needed to have about 1.5 mill taken of as it was raised above the inlet all in all it took less than 45 mins with a dremel.
Ran it in for aprox 800 milles ( a first for me )and was very happy with it as it was a match for 2 magellow kited scooter in our club then lost a ring when a circlip came out (up hill at over 60mph racing a Vep 210 :o )had to have it re bored 3 times to get a clean bore then got a much better quality over size piston from Cambridge Lambretta and it knocked virtually from the 1st day and over the next 3 days got lots louder, at first thought it was hitting the head so fitted a 2mm head gasket.
And still the same so a m8 said poss bottom of piston skirt was hitting casing so had 3 mm taken off by engineering co m8
and still the same :( But a little better in mid range power wise
Took it to local scooter shop who listened and said it was my mag side bearing.
On checking at home no movement was felt but 3 other people said the same so a good m8 striped it down and found it needed a new crank (GP200) bearings and oil seals and a new italian chain for good measure.
built back up and its still knocking
then in the pub last night Monty said its not the liner moving is it  so I ask my other m8 to check it and he now says it moves up and down about 1mm when taped with a small hammer  so now the m8 at the engineering co is looking into ways to keep it in place as I would like to keep it if poss.
All this is as im out of funds now and when it was running right it went realy well (It still is just knocking like a Git)
So do any of you know of a way to keep it in place :?: please

Just for info my spec
Indian Gp 150 with Li 150 gear box
Sterling stainless pipe
28mm Delly running on a k&n type filter
66 mph on clock and 67.3 mph on satnave in my pocket  I take all this with a pinch of salt but it matches a few GP and sx 200s and 2 megellow kited scooters in our club but not up hill ;)
And it gives me 65 mpg from full to res on most runs and rally speeds

Just thought I should update this post
In the end my mate Dave the Egg & Ear just pressed the liner down as far as it will go and skimmed the top off the ally barrel I then ran it around town for about 30+ miles at no more than 40mph.
Then last Sunday to it for a ride out to Bakewell and the surrounding towns keeping it at an average 50-55 mph and a few spurts at 65+mph and it sang :P it pulled well in every gear and did not run onto reserve till 82 miles which is the best its ever done. looks like a result, just got to shim the gearbox now ;)
