do get some Ankor Wax or something on that bodywork though, otherwise it will deteriorate quicker than you want it too.
I remember Lloyd taking photos of my similar condition Special at Colchester custom show in 2008, and saying how he liked that look, so cool he now has his own to ride 8-)

hi mate its Lloyd, I can clearly remember that custom show as we where chatting for a while I was well impressed with your scoot and taking loads of photos of it hoping one day I would own a lammy similar to yours. When I was in the buyers market after selling my orange small frame this li came along with loads of originalality and character. I enjoy the looks you get of people who think it looks like a pile of s**t . I was coming down the A12 not so long ago after rebuilding the engine I had a mate In front on GSXR 750 cruising at 70mph he said I was like a rocket going passed very impressed with the sr barrel so far.

watsy wrote:Alright everyone this is my son Lloyds lamy which he brought from Bristol mod .he has spent time stripping the engine down rebuilding with new parts i.e. af electronic, gp crank, porting to sr barrel and casings,28 mil carb, nk exhaust now fitted after snapping snail after 40 miles. plus the usual bearings and seals and uprated clutch. he loves the look of the original used and abused scooter and feels that they are only original once. He has also uprated brakes plus the front and rear suspension and wheels and tyres this is to be an on going project for him hope you all like it
