How many turns out is you air screw. Also once you foul the plug, you should try a different one.

have not checked the airscrew but it has not been tampered with but will check tomorrow and yes changed plugs but i dont have an ifinite supply

done that one before in my youth but im sure that its not the case this time

although the syptoms are similar (the odd backfire everything looking fine but wont start!)
