That rust neutraliser may help a little....DVLA will have some fun with that...well half of it.....kin hell!!!

Just realised why it's been cut in half!! it's part of a divorce settlement!! at least he got half, I got fook all!! all the comments made me laugh though....even my basic soldering skills may not save this poor decapitated Italian!! RIP
