Is it just me or does that ochre frame look a little on the 'booze'?

The frame and color is ok! the poor phone camera do not help...I had the same bad feeling when I saw the color of the scooter on the painter pics. When I saw it it was ok....I

it certainly appears it in the pics ,it looks like the loop is straight on yet the head stock is to one side but as said distortion of the pic it only appears so
