Red just got one of the Vapour ones from MB not fitted yet though what are they like and are they easy to set up mate ??

ive had a mb vapour unit for about year very good bit kit bolted and wired kit up in about hour easy to see even on sunny day my back light only comes on when i turn the lights on only thing it lacks is a petrol gauge the ones for sale in scootering which are built in to the headset look like the vapour but dont think they are as they hav a petrol gauge at £250 i think these are also a good buy he also sells the petrol gauge sender which fits any tank another good bit kit is the koso egt gauge which i hav

Thanks for the info everyone.
I was after a fixed speedo like the one in scootering/jackpots scooter.
I've been on the phone to MB and theirs won't be ready for a while yet.

Spoke to Mark at MB earlier about the digital speedo. The reason there is a delay with these (and other new products) is that rather than just put new bits of kit into production, they are tested on road bikes to see how they perform in the real world.
I am lucky enough to be testing the speedo and I know the feedback I've given Mark has lead to modifications to the design. In fact a fresh batch is due anytime now at MB.
Considering how much thought, design and testing has gone into this specifically Lambretta item I think the target price of £65 is for nowt(it must be said that due to currency variations this price can't be guarantee any price at the moment). To be fair I would pay that for a standard Indian speedo if was accurate, never mind the addition of a rev counter!

What else is on the speedo i.e.temp,fuel,rev?.
Speedo, rev counter and clock. Will record max speed, revs and has a couple of trips. Sorry no temperature or fuel. but what do you want for a very accurate speedo for under £70? And you don't need to modify your headset.
