Rumaging through my bits and pieces I came across a couple of copper sandwich type TS1 exhaust gaskets, are these worth using or should I cast them aside?

I'd chuck them in the bin and use the fibre type that Broadhurst sells.

I normally use MB ones but don't have any at the moment, but I have copper faced ones. Why wouldn't you use them?
