this is my other mb ts1 slightly different from the other one

mb ts1 225 race tune, forged piston 70mm,ceramic lining, v force reed block, mb race tune porting, high comp cylinder head (only slightly more compression than the standard mb ts1 head )

58mm black italian crank (not h.p.c )
no porting to transfer feeds on engine case
standard indian electronic 17 degrees standard weight flywheel
five plate surflex clutch with mb springs and crown wheel
indian gp 200 gear box 19x46 sprockets = 4.8
35 mikuni

this engine is a work in progress, im happy the way the engine is at the moment , but there is always room for change to the engine. each change to the engine gets dyno tested to see if there is any benefit or not.... next item is a full circle 58mm crank then dyno test then a lightened flywheel and dyno tested then port casing and so on :D :D

just over to drop the scoot over to chris tonight .... fingers crossed may have a new crank in for morecambe  :biggrin

Possibly a little less power but maybe more torque could be achieved with less exhaust timing which would bring peak power down. maybe not below 6000 rpm but around about there.
I have 240s that make 25.5hp and 22/23ft-lbs. The same would be achievable with these motors I think.

Chris dynos all his bikes at my place and the test ride is always something I look forward to because they ride like new bikes. The guys work is outstanding.
