Probably our fault too some if anyone's reading skills are (deliberately) comical? ;)

As everyone knows, "Returns" are when people return a normal item (changed mind, ordered wrong, etc.). Unlike most places we don't charge an expensive re-stocking fee, but like everywhere else you have to pay return shipping, which is why it is often better for people to sell it locally if they can.

If actually a problem with an item, then one would read the policy about that instead, not a completely different section as you are doing, Eden.
