its the same price mate 120 but he has done a few rapido's before so thought why not?

ok will any 70mm piston work? found a few kwaka ones on the net or are the wiseco ones a better option?

last time I sleeved a barrel it was a couple of vespa 125s, I got a suzuki gsx 750 cylinder block for £15 i think, 4 liners at 56mm bore,

heated the block to get the liners out then fitted them to barrels as needed, just an idea for you to consider, if you keep your eyes open you may find something for you engine

I was at the stafford show with j1ms,
you missed dozens of pistons at £10-£30 each,

why do the kits actually drop rings can it be solved prior to fitment?
i only ask as a new kit is £199
sleeving is 120 plus anything upto 137 for a 70mm forged piston
so you see my dilema dont you?

Firstly ask yourself "what am I trying to achieve"
Then "will what I plan to do give me the above"

I only type this as you seem confused re.which barrel or kit to use........ask yourself how many miles do I do a year on my scooter, what sort of miles are these and how do I ride it, luggage, passengers etc etc, you get my drift.
why are you planning on buying the RACE rapido kit as oppossed to the Classic. Why don't you want to use your TS200 barrel. Why do you want to fit a conversion piston.........

At least this way you'll know what you want and so will the folk who end up doing the work for you.
