Now this is a thread I find very intresting. With a little luck and funds permitting I hope to start a S1 or 2 project next winter and I was concerned after hearing that the GT stocks were so low as it's exactly what I'd like to do going on what I've read on the web and talked to people who've ran them.

My hopes are that it won't be massively more expensive and be readily available. I should point out for those that don't know I'm pretty much a reclaimed a Lammie virgin as I've not had one in nearly 20 years.

the j50 will handle like a small frame vespa and the engines are very good......but.......tuning and support is ltd which is a shame as i think middle aged men on scooters designed for school leavers is a great look 8-) danstarstream has a watercooled rd powered project on the go :?

so will we see a lime green series 1 on the tracks next year if all the smallframe riders start to migrate over Tony?
