I'm sure someone was selling stainless nyloc 'half-nuts' to stop tightening the shock up too much. Anyone know who it is? I had stainless dome nuts on which were loctited , but backed off a touch.Great idea that was,both gone by time I got back from Rhyll testerday :biggrin:

mb do them for the bgm shock and keith at redoglambrettas i just bought full nuts and hack sawed them down then rubbed the cut on some course emery to flat them down

Unfortunately, if I try to cut anything with a hacksaw,it starts off square, then ends up anything but :biggrin: . If I need a 30cm length of pipe, I have to start at 50 and by the time the saw has come out the other side, it may just be what I need. It would take months of work to get eventually anywhere near a 90 degree end product!
