Just to let you know hopefully problem now sorted 
Double checked carb and atomiser was nearly fully undone,causing float needle to stay in the atomiser ie not drop down.
I`m off to mersea at weekend so we`ll find out if its ok. Still not 100% sure but we`ll soon find out.
I`ll post back here after the weekend with my findings, hopefully positive.

Thought i`d strip her down on the saturday morning and BAD news 
Piston top ring peg had been Knocked(?) into the piston causing ring to move,it caught on exhaust port and has made a nice and shiney grove approx 15mm wide 1mm deep and the full length of the travel.
