Sean, just out of curiosity really...what can you do with a Nicasil lined barrel as, I presume, you can't cut into the barrel where the electroplating has overlapped into the exhaust and inlet ports to extend the timing as the plating could then start to peel off????

lots of folk have been porting nicasil barrels for years..............
to do this properly though it does entail of course a certain amount of care and skill.............
combined with the use of the right tools for the job...........

but sometimes.............if the plating is........ lets say..... "not up to std" or inferior.......
it can chip/break away............and will need replating............
