bought 2 polished ss stands off qualitychrome, karl said they sourced them from AF. fits very good, brackets were welded at the correct angle and the spring peg was the correct heigth also, could use it with the spring I had on the previous stand. and : it hasn´t bent yet so is not made of cheese.

I recently had some issues with a repro (scootRS) stand on my S3. FYI here's some comparisons: ScootRS vs. Innocenti

The scootRS springs are too short, need be bent to fit lugs and are not offset as per the original. The scootRS stands have the lug for the spring welded in the wrong position making original springs (or quality remade ones: MBD) too long for the stand, resulting in a sagging stand when riding

As a result every old worn down stand Innocenti stand I own has welded back to the correct length. At least I'll know they'll fit now--and the welding was cheaper than buying a new repro!!

Can't even get stands right and people buy complete scoots from 'em

Was put on machine assembled at Resurrection Scooters.

For what its worth, my sccotrs stand had the lugs in the wrong position as already mentioned which meant thath it didn't go fully over center. I did the usual thing and put the spacers between the hooks and frame which sorted the stand angle but then made the spring too long cousing the stand to drag on corners.

Eventualy I took the stand off and put a cut in the stop logs with a thin cutting blade in my angle grinder and hammered the stop until the gap disapeared. Worked a treat, removed the spacers and the stand now goes all the way up as intended.
