l run a 3.50 mm float valve jet on a 30 mm dellorto flatslide , put the 3.00mm back in or you will have fuel starvation issues .
Air filters are restrictive which will richen up jetting , so try a 135 main jet , let us know how you get on .

The 300 made no difference so I suspect an electrical fault. I need to check the pick up which was replaced recently
